Seiko 3923-502A V.F.A.
When this watch was produced in November 1973, it represented the very best of what quartz technology could be. With its futuristic design, 13 jewel movement, and light that blinks just to emphasize the ticking seconds, this is a watch that's proud to be quartz. And with good reason. It offered fantastic accuracy at around +-5 seconds a day. Extreme precision in the early 70s.
These have gotten incredibly rare in the later years, especially in fully working order like this one. Don't let this chance get away from you.
Condition:
The watch is in good working condition. The light blinks and it keeps time. The day/date function works, but can be slightly sticky. We have seen that the day disk stopped ever so slightly out of position one time in the time we have had it in for testing.
The original crystal has some small marks and hairlines. There are also marks on the case. Please take a close look at the photos as these are meant to portray the condition of the watch as precisely as possible.
