Certina 288 - Swiss High beat

cifications:The Certina 288 was a premium offering from the Swiss giant in the 70s. These offered high beat movements, premium materials (like sapphire crystal,) and unmistakably 70s. 

With this one, you get an awesome cushion case, beautiful blue dial, and a very smoothly sweeping second hand. 

Condition:

There are both scratches and hairlines on the case. The watch belonged to an old military man and has not been babied. The crystal is in good condition, as you'd expect from sapphire. To keep the price as low as possible, the watch has not been serviced before sale. At the moment it runs too well for that to make sense, but it might need a service at a later point. 

Take a close look at the pictures as these are meant to convey the condition of the watch as precisely as possible.
